The Rough Rider Leather Concho Hat Band features 11 hand-fabricated sterling silver conchos set on genuine leather with an adjustable fit, creating a bold Navajo statement for both cowgirl and cowboy hats.

Each Concho is set with exquisite turquoise cabochons along a band of genuine, supple brown or black leather, allowing for a fully adjustable fit on every cowgirl and cowboy hat. The handmade buckle frame and hat band tip are trimmed with intricate Navajo stampwork and finished with a flawless mirror-polish.

At the heart of each concho resides a personal talisman—your choice of cabochons: Kingman Turquoise, Red Coral, Purple or Orange Spiny Oyster, Lapis, or Black Onyx.

MEET THE ARTISAN

Lee Charley is a prominent fourth-generation Navajo (Diné) silversmith who brings over 40 years of experience in the field of fine jewelry. He began making jewelry in the early 1980s under the tutelage of his mother, Nellie Charley. Lee is widely recognized for his expertise in ultraclean stampwork and exceptional mirror polish finishes. His previous collaborations with prestigious brands such as Ralph Lauren, Montecristi Hats, and Malouf On The Plaza speak volumes about his artistry and reputation.
